Our national call center operates 7 days a week assisting our sales team with providing concierge level service to communities across the country. Started in 2008, our call center's responsibilities include:

  • Generating sales leads for our sales teams.
  • Assisting sales teams with follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolving customer escalations.

The call center maintains a uniquely positive culture by focusing not only on their team’s professional growth, but also by developing them on a more personal level.
